Implementation, support and development of CTS

Cleverlance Enterprise Solutions has successfully implemented its CTS (Clever Trading Solution) product at the Slovenská spořitelna savings bank which will, as of April, cover all functions in securities trading on the Bratislava Stock Exchange. The CTS will help Slovenská spořitelna, along with other banks of the Erste Bank Group, cut operating costs and provide for a more efficient development in the area of investment banking. The solution also features an implemented interface to the Central Securities Depository of the Slovak Republic that is adapted to the valid requirements of Slovak law. With this implementation the CTS was upgraded to include an Internet interface enabling the entry of orders and administration of clients from branches.

Cleverlance has successfully implemented the new The Clever Trading Solution (CTS) for investment bankers at Česká spořitelna. The supplied CTS products contains, in addition to basic administration of business and statistical entities linked to securities, an online interface for the Prague Stock Exchange in which Česká spořitelna will perform the function of market creator, as well as an online interface of Internet securities trading, the module for portfolio administration for maintaining status and accounting records of the Česká spořitelna portfolio, an interface for accounting and other bank systems, corporate actions function (profit payments) and custody (settlement and administration of client positions).  The business processes in CTS include automatic debiting to the bank’s books of accounts and settlement of funds for individual transactions vis-à-vis the client.

Takeover and development of IT solution for investment banking

 Cleverlance took over complete administration, maintenance and, above all, the development of an IT solution for investment banking at Raiffeisenbank. From June to October 2006 the Cleverlance team carried out a step-by-step takeover of the system, and this was followed by the development of further functionalities.  Cleverlance thus became a strategic partner for Raiffeisenbank for the area of investment banking.

Cleverlance Enterprise Solutions has implemented the Clever Trading Solution (CTS) at Citibank. CTS is geared toward securities traders on Czech and foreign capital markets. The solution features a comprehensive system for custody services.
CTS maintains the records of received orders and conducted securities transactions, creates accounts records, monitors open positions of securities and maintains its own bank portfolio according to set methodologies. The Cleverlance solution enables Citibank to maintain a bank portfolio.
